Brunette Brisket FAQs

How do you make a brisket tender and juicy?

At Brunette Brisket, we braise the meat using low and slow heat to tenderise it and elevate its natural flavour so that it melts in the mouth. Because we’ve done all the preparation and cooking, you just need to heat it through to get a perfectly juicy and tender brisket.

Can you heat the brisket in the oven?

Do not reheat in the oven, even if you remove from the packets, as this will lead to dry brisket. It is recommended to keep your brisket in the packets whilst boiling to keep the juices locked in. Our brisket comes in a tightly sealed package so no goodness can escape from your meal.
